We are excited to introduce our first NFL Professional Cheer Workshops! We invite children ages 5 & up to join us for one or multiple of our upcoming workshops. Workshops will include a warm up, a review of cheer motions & jumps, basic tumbling, as well as a Q&A about the NFL audition process and experience. Students will learn Sidelines & Pom choreography. Meet the Instructors, Miss Samantha & Miss Ashley
Miss Samantha and Miss Ashley are former New York Jets cheerleaders. Miss Samantha has a background in dance, cheerleading, theater performance and group fitness training and has performed with the Makos Cheerleaders, New York Lizards, and the Gotham City Cheerleaders. Miss Ashley was born and raised a gymnast and has a passion for helping students acquire new tumbling skills!
