Open Acro Clinic
Meet Miss Josephine
Josephine has been a dancer and a gymnast since she was 5 years old. She has trained in acrobatics,
ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, modern, musical theater, and lyrical for 19 years, as well as
gymnastics for 11 years. She graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in February of 2023 with her
B.A. in Communications and a double-minor in Dance and Theater Arts. Currently, she is a dancer and
choreographer with Extensions Dance Project, a New Jersey-based company of dancers looking to
continue their passion for dance and choreography outside of their professions. Josephine has
choreographed 3 pieces for EDP and danced in 9 pieces for the company since its inception in
September of 2022. She has continued dancing, choreographing, and teaching and looks forward to
using her gymnastics knowledge to improve students’ acro skills!
Sharon’s Studio of Dance and Music is proud to offer an open acro clinic with Miss Josephine. This clinic will be broken into 4 four-week sessions, each designed to strengthen different acro skill-areas. Each class is 1.5 hours and will include a warm-up, strength exercises working toward achieving specific skills, and progression practice based on skill-level.

There are 2 levels and your specific class time will be determined based on enrollment.
Classes will be held on Sundays at 1:00pm or 2:30pm.

Fee for one session is $152 per student, with built-in discounts when registering for multiple sessions per student.
1 Session: $152
2 Sessions: $284 ($20 discount)
3 Sessions: $426 ($30 discount)
4 Sessions: $568 ($40 discount)
