ZUMBA is easy to do and tons of fun! It’s the latest craze that has all the Hollywood A-Listers shaking their booties while also dropping pounds and inches! No matter your shape, physical condition, previous dance experience, or lack thereof, ANYONE CAN ZUMBA!
No dance experience is required, you just have to move your body and follow the leader - it’s easy! Whether you’re new to ZUMBA or have some experience, this is a great option for a total body workout. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even realize you’re also burning calories and getting fit!
Our ZUMBA classes are open to everyone - men and women of all ages are welcome to take part in this invigorating, high energy workout that makes fitness fun!
ZUMBA consists of simple aerobic dance routines which incorporate varying rhythms to boost your metabolism the same way interval training at the gym does! Since ZUMBA provides such an excellent cardio workout, an average of 800 calories can be burned in just one session! Routines are set to the latest International and Latin music including Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Samba, Cha Cha, and more!
Join us on the dance floor on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and before you know it, you’ll be dropping pounds, feeling healthy and sexy!
