Online Zumba Classes with Miss Alissa

Zumba is easy to do and tons of fun! No matter your shape, physical condition, previous dance experience, or lack thereof, anyone can Zumba. You just have to move your body and follow the leader - it’s easy! Whether you’re a beginner, or have some experience, this is a great option for a total body workout.


Meet the Instructor:

Miss Alissa began dancing at age three with tap and ballet and progressively gained more experience with jazz, hip hop, pointe, and cheerleading. Alissa received a double major in Sport Psychology and Psychology from Olivet College. While in college, Alissa was a three sport athlete; in Cross-country, Track & Field, and Cheerleading. During her senior year she competed as a STUNT team as well as a National team for cheerleading. Once Alissa graduated from Olivet, she moved to Southern Illinois to pursue a Masters degree in Kinesiology. While at SIU she taught Zumba classes through the rec center. Alissa has always had a passion for dance and is excited to be a part of the amazing staff at Sharon's Studio to give students the opportunity to prosper their love and expression of dance.
