Group Music Lessons
Preschool Music Lessons age 3-4 Pre-School
Preschool group music lessons are designed for children, who are completely new to music. This is the perfect age to develop ear training and musical skills, a sense of pitch and of rhythm in a fun and supportive environment. Children play games, work as a team and complete Pre-school level musical assignments. Through our preschool music lessons your child will be able to recognize higher and lower pitches, sing a major scale, clap in different rhythms and confidently sing short, age appropriate songs. Children learn to label a keyboard, and begin to read basic rhythmic notations while utilizing a variety of rhythm instruments.
Childrens Music Lessons age 5-7 Kindergarten-2nd
Children’s group music lessons are designed for children of varying abilities and experience. This class is designed to develop musical skills and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. They will learn ear training skills, a sense of pitch and rhythm while involving games, team work, in Kindergarten - 2nd grade level musical assignments. Together these tools help students gain confidence in their own abilities, learn about music, and develop work habits that are proven to improve learning in all subject areas!
Your child will recognize higher and lower pitches recognize and sing major and minor scales and chords, clap in different rhythms and sing short, age appropriate songs that can be sung together in unison, or in simple 2- part harmony, depending on the size and level of the class. Children learn to label a keyboard, and begin to read basic rhythmic notations while utilizing a variety of rhythm instruments.
